Indicated for birthday celebration, ignored remark, no service or extra wow service. Requested for bouquet to deliver to room upon receive, reception keep it till evening until we call to request and reception request guard to deliver to us. Overall hotel grade conventional hospitality. No wow service or beach grade 4 stars feel. Parking need to walk very far to next building of you reach on weekend and if there is event. Noisy and dirty beach due to abandoned wood branches and no maintenance

Staff are friendly, room is spacious, hotel has direct access to the beach, breakfast offers diverse options. Walking distance to local eateries and Lotus’s supermarket.

Location is good. Not too far to the city and beach. Breakfast spread is good but there’s also a lot of options outside. Our kettle has leakages but the housekeeping replaced it quickly. Old hotel but well maintained.

Pertama Kali short vacay dkt hotel ni. It's more than worth. Tqsm for very friendly welcoming at guest desk and other workers. Blik kemas cantik . Katil besar . Even for single . Cuma blik air ja sedikit kecik . View mmg superb jika mngadap laut . Tq for the opportunity . Will repeat. For the person inchrge for my admissions yesterday. I remember your kindness .

It is a beachfront hotel. There is a beach that kids can swim and play there . It’s perfect for family. I like sit by the restaurant to watch the sunset and feel relaxed. The restaurant has breakfast but not variable enough. Beside has a friendly swimming pool for kids . There is a gym next to the pool. It is sea view gym but the equipment in there is not many choices. The hillside room is spacious and clean. But it is near to main road so you can hear the vehicle noise in the middle of night. The staff are very friendly and nice. If you like to eat the local food, there is a local food court in walking distance. There is variety of choices and delicious.

It was an enjoyable stay. Everything's great from the lobby service to the food served during the breakfast. The room is spacious with beautiful sea views. Definitely we will stay here again.

Thanks for the good service from the hotel staffs. They had prepare us amazing anniversary gifts. We enjoy awesome beach activities and our kids love it so much. The location consider close to town.

pros - the sea view!! - have private beach - mattress / pillow very comfy - spacious room, have mini bar - clean no bad review but i wish they have smart tv overall i am very satisfied with my stay. just that sometimes can hear noise from next room. we accidentally left our belongings after checking out and thankful that they provide courier service (rm50) to send our things back. recommended 9/10
